total chaos...

well, one english teacher says, our course has been changed so as to suit that of Oxford & Cambridge (vow!!) and therefore we now have 'technical english', after having been boasted aqll year that we have 'english for students of science' by this teacher and another teacher. At the end of the year, I go to this teacher just to clarify if the book i had got 'eng for students of sci.' is fine or not and i am told the syllabus has changed, his/her further comments 'neither the teachers know nor the students kno wat to study, you don't need to study anything, just go and give the exam, we teachers dont evn kno ourselves how to teach, we r outdated.....bla bla bla...?????' with just less than two weeks for university exams to begin...n ya, today when i clarified with the other teacher, i am told that we have 'eng. for students of sci.' so that's wat's call'd CHAOS!!! dunno where is the univ heading or what is happenin n wat awaits...?

Unhappening...

I've been in two Univ. of Delhi colleges. They are the most un-happening of most educational institutions I've ever been to. With literally nothing to do during the free time, when unexpectedly there are strikes, laboratory in-charge teachers absent (3 hours to idle nothing!), lab. apparatus in some rare state and weird condition with concerned humans hardly bothered about (I wonder how do they manage to take those so called precise readings and make unerring observations with the unstable platforms and tables on which the apparatus like Searle's for Young's modulus are kept, keep shaking and just when you are at the crux of the experiment someone just happens to blow him/herself agaist the table, awesome is it not!), almost everytime there some like factor or other, uneconomical, so called 'utilization' of many working hours commuting and sitting idle, library doesn't seem to be very exciting either, books which scholars at Cambridge read esp. practical physics are often always missing (probably no body even knows about them).

We are just supposed to take a degree, in such a de-///... atmosphere, where whatever practical skills we already seem to have been good at be oratorical, extra-curricular etc. will most probably never come to happy and exciting use and possibly wipe of oneself with the such a withering 'college' life, I never thought college was supposed to be like this!

Big Day2 - Submitted 2nd Assignment

Again on the last moment, after being told that tomorrow is the last day. I completed the assignment on Wed night and submitted it the ensuing morning (in half alive state). Again, or probably due to my liking for the subject, this was also a Digital Elec. assignment.

And, yeah forgot to mention: I got 22 out of 25 in the 1st one. Made 2 super-silly so called mistakes. Whether to mention qualitatively or quantitatively, I mentioned the right way first but then some so called stray bug might have intervened and thus I scratched it and explained quantitatively. And at other place, I did mention the right point 'stray output capacitance' but so called forgot to draw the same in the circuit diagram. And, the last 1 mark - used 2 input AND gates instead of multi-input... So, finally it totalled out to be 22!

Big Day - Submitted 1st Assignment

It's a day that was not actually thought-off to go this way, don't know how in this world did I happen to do this 1st one. Have submitted my first assignment in this college today. I still don't know why I did not do (or complete) it (and others) earlier and why I did it this time. But whatever it is, it's a '... ... ...'. An indeed good day! Happy at having submitted the 1st one!

Wondering, which one is this '... ...' assignment: It's Digital Electronics!
